Welcome to the new LEED® Plus Calculator, powered by EcoScorecardTM.

LEED® Plus Calculator simplifies the process of searching, evaluating and documenting the environmental attributes of our products. It’s free, it’s easy and it’s the most efficient way to gather product(s) specific information you will need to complete many of the environmental rating system submission forms.

This tool will help you be more efficient by quickly providing the detailed information you need about how our products perform in the following building design and construction rating systems:

  • All LEED® rating systems
    • LEED® for New ConstructionTM (NC)
    • LEED® for Commercial InteriorsTM (CI)
    • LEED® for Core and ShellTM (CS)
    • LEED® for Existing BuildingsTM (EB)

  • GreenCompliance for all prevalent 3rd party certifications

It’s important to note that the information gained from these evaluations can be used to complete environmental rating submission forms but they should not be considered the final submission documents.

How to use LEED® Plus Calculator

  • Step 1:Search for the products you want to evaluate.
  • Step 2:Select the products you want to evaluate by clicking the box next to those products.
  • Step 3:Click the ADD button at the bottom of the page.
  • Step 4:Input the price, quantity in square yards, and the zip code of the project for each of your selected products.
  • Step 5:Select the rating system(s) you wish to use in your evaluation.
  • Step 6:Click the EVALUATE button and see your results!

You can now save this evaluation as a pdf file to your computer or you can save this evaluation by project name to your LEED® Plus Calculator account.

If you have not already created an account it only takes a few minutes to do so. This is a password protected account and is only accessible by you.

You can store as many projects as you wish to this account and if your project parameters change, no problem, simply log back on and make the necessary edits to your project.
